Vin Rupees Terms and Conditions

1Definitions

"Vin Rupees", "we", "us" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at vinrupees.com and all associated sub-domains. "You" or "the Player" refers to any registered account holder accessing Vin Rupees services. "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which all Vin Rupees transactions are conducted. "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit awarded to your account that is distinct from your real-money balance. "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be played through before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process that Vin Rupees conducts on all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests.

These definitions apply throughout this document and in all communications between Vin Rupees and its players. When these terms reference game categories — including but not limited to Andar Bahar, baccarat, jackpot slots, crash games, fishing games and sports betting — those terms refer to the respective product sections available on the Vin Rupees platform.

2Eligibility to Use Vin Rupees

Access to Vin Rupees services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Vin Rupees enforces a strict minimum age requirement and will verify your age as part of the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any balance — including winnings — may be forfeited.
• You are accessing Vin Rupees as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, accounts operated on behalf of third parties and accounts used to facilitate third-party gambling are not permitted.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order at Vin Rupees or any other platform from which you have been excluded. Attempting to register a new account while under self-exclusion is a violation of these terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent or close relative of an employee of Vin Rupees, its partner companies or its game and sports data providers.

3Account Registration

Each person may hold only one active account on Vin Rupees. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created under different names, phone numbers or email addresses by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, Vin Rupees reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any bonus funds claimed across those accounts. Real-money deposits will be returned to the original funding source after deduction of any bonuses used.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and a valid email address. You must keep this information current at all times. Any account found to contain false registration information is subject to immediate closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Vin Rupees account password. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether you personally authorised it — is your responsibility. 4Deposits and PKR Payments

All deposits at Vin Rupees are processed in Pakistani Rupees. The platform accepts deposits via the following methods:

Vin Rupees does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method you use to deposit must belong to you and must match the name on your Vin Rupees account. Deposits made from mismatched accounts will be returned and the associated transaction will be flagged for review. Repeated mismatched deposit attempts may result in account suspension.

All deposits made to Vin Rupees are for entertainment purposes. By depositing, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk of loss and that deposits should only be made with money you can afford to lose.

5Withdrawals

Vin Rupees processes withdrawals exclusively to payment methods previously used for deposits and that are verified as belonging to the account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There are no fees on withdrawals from Vin Rupees.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must pass KYC verification. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and, in some cases, a proof of address document. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submission. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within 24 hours for bank transfers.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• If your deposited funds included a bonus, the wagering requirement for that bonus must be completed in full before the associated real-money funds become withdrawable.
• Vin Rupees reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that follow unusual account activity patterns.
• Any withdrawal request determined to be fraudulent will be declined and the account suspended pending investigation.

6Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Vin Rupees offers a range of bonuses and promotions including a welcome deposit bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers and game-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the terms described in this section and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded by Vin Rupees carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus — and any winnings generated from it — can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, the standard wagering requirement at Vin Rupees is 25× the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a Rs 5,000 bonus, you must place Rs 125,000 in qualifying bets before that bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted wagering requirements cause the associated bonus funds and any derived winnings to expire automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Andar Bahar and other live dealer games contribute 100%. Slots contribute 100%. Crash games contribute 75%. Baccarat contributes 50%. Sports bets placed at odds below 1.50 do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active on a single account at any time.
• Vin Rupees reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, except where a bonus has already been credited and wagering has begun.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for real money outside of the wagering process.

7Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All games and betting markets available on Vin Rupees are governed by the specific rules published within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters relating directly to gameplay outcomes. These general terms take precedence for all matters relating to account conduct, payments and bonuses.

Vin Rupees sports betting markets are offered on the best available odds at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended except in the specific circumstances described in our sports betting rules, such as a match being abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed.

In the event of a technical error — including but not limited to a game malfunction, an incorrect payout display or a live stream interruption — Vin Rupees reserves the right to void the affected round or transaction and return stakes to players' accounts. Winnings generated as a direct result of a confirmed technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Vin Rupees. Any account found engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately and funds may be withheld pending investigation:

• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts, collusion between accounts, or exploiting system errors to claim bonuses or free bets fraudulently.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing bets across multiple markets or platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, particularly through exploitation of promotion terms.
• Money Laundering: Using Vin Rupees as a vehicle to deposit and withdraw funds with no genuine gaming intent. All suspicious transaction patterns are reported to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live dealer or multiplayer game tables to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping and strategic folding for the benefit of an associate.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access or operate your Vin Rupees account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Automated Play: Using software bots, scripts, AI tools or any automated mechanism to place bets or interact with games on Vin Rupees without genuine manual player input.

9Responsible Gaming

Vin Rupees is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we have built tools into the platform specifically to help manage and reduce that risk.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Vin Rupees account holders free of charge and immediately accessible from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit to your Vin Rupees account. Increases to these limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of Vin Rupees.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose in a given time period. Once reached, further gaming is paused until the period resets.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from Vin Rupees for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, your account remains active but you cannot deposit or play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanent exclusion are available. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed before the agreed period has elapsed.

10Privacy and Data Protection

Vin Rupees collects personal data from players as part of the registration and KYC process. This data is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying identity, preventing fraud and complying with applicable regulations. Vin Rupees does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11Account Suspension and Closure

Vin Rupees may suspend or close your account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these terms and conditions.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Your account has been used for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal activity.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed for regulatory or fraud-related reasons, Vin Rupees may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct — for example, at the player's own request — any real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file within 5 business days.

12Limitation of Liability

Vin Rupees provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous platform availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from temporary service outages, maintenance windows or events outside our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures or force majeure events.

Vin Rupees is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from reliance on incorrect odds, score data from third-party providers or decisions made based on platform information. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vin Rupees' total liability to any player in connection with any single event shall not exceed the value of that player's real-money account balance at the time the relevant event occurred.

13Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the Vin Rupees service, the first step is to contact our support team directly via live chat on the platform or by email at support@vinrupees.com. Please provide your registered username, the date and time of the relevant event, and a clear description of the issue. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a support-level complaint, you may escalate to our Disputes team by emailing the same address marked "Escalation Request". Escalated complaints are reviewed by a senior team member within 10 business days and a formal written response will be provided. Vin Rupees' internal decision on escalated disputes is final for all matters governed exclusively by these terms.

14Changes to These Terms

Vin Rupees reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. When material changes are made — meaning changes that affect player rights, bonus structures, payment conditions or account eligibility — we will notify all active account holders by email at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.

For minor changes such as clarifications, typographical corrections or updates to payment method details, Vin Rupees may update these terms without prior notification. The date at the top of this page will always reflect when the terms were last updated. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any change, your recourse is to stop using the platform and close your account by contacting support.
